Frequently Asked Questions

Common queries about our equipment and services

We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for standard items. Popular equipment—particularly high-end camera kits and multi-channel audio setups—should be reserved a week or more in advance, especially during busy periods like conference season.

Core accessories are included—cables, power supplies, protective cases. Specialist add-ons like extra batteries, memory cards, or boom poles are listed separately. Your quote will itemise everything clearly before you confirm.

Yes. If you have a preferred manufacturer or specific model, mention it when enquiring. We carry multiple brands and can often accommodate requests. If we do not stock what you need, we may be able to source it.

Bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. Corporate clients can apply for invoiced terms with 30-day payment windows after account approval.

For first-time rentals over £200, we require a refundable deposit equal to 50% of equipment value. This is returned within five working days after equipment inspection on return. Repeat clients with good standing are exempt.
